The Smile Party Band

The band features some of the UK's finest vocalists and musicians, performing a non-stop live show that generates a great party atmosphere that is always lively, fun and very entertaining. The Smile Band is the perfect solution for any occasion and are available for corporate events, parties,weddings, tours or any occassion where quality live music is required. No event is too big or too small.

Besides playing on various TV & Radio shows, The Smile band has performed outside the UK including Dubai, Eilat, Cyprus and more recently in Madrid. The band was featured on GMTVs Lorraine Kelly Show and also performed a show at The Roadhouse in Covent Garden, London that was broadcast live on Capital Gold radio. All the musicians in the band are professional players and each has worked with some of the biggest names in the music and entertainment industry. With this wealth of experience, The Smile Band brings to you a non-stop, musical extravaganza of the greatest music from the last 40 years, which has never failed to get the guests of any function up and dancing.

On stage, the vocalists usually wear stage costumes inspired by the era of the music and the rest of the band wear tailored made 70’s style white suits to perform in which add to the visuals of the show and are always very well received but it is also possible to wear black tie for the more formal corporate events if required.

The Smile Band performs regularly for the most prestigious parties and glittering occasions in the country’s top venues and across the globe. The list includes conferences, product launches, corporate events, charity balls, weddings and private parties.Whatever the event, the band treats every occasion with the utmost importance and gives the same professional, exciting performance whether in a small, intimate venue or the grandest ballroom.

The band's PA system is appropriate for an audience of up to 200 people. For larger events we can organise a more powerful sound system. The band is covered by public liability insurance (£5m) and all equipment is PAT tested.

Jon already knows this cause I have already told him so but the band's show last night was absolutely out of this world - we could not have chosen a more appropriate band for the theme of the evening - I thought they would be good but they were better than that, they were fantastic in every respect and made the night for us. At the end of June The Smile Band came out to Cairo to play the Queen’s Birthday Ball, the major annual event in the Cairo expatriate’s calendar, held in the gardens of the British Ambassador, HE Sir Derek Plumbly, to raise money for local charities. I heard them on the morning of the event doing their sound check and it was immediately apparent that l had chosen well. A truly vibrant sound from six very professional musicians making music that caused the hairs on the back of my neck to stand up. At the event they did two sets and the crowd loved them.
